When I was single and childless, my house was spotless! Everything clean and in it’s place.
Not so much 10 years, one divorce, and two children later. As long as we can find something and the kitchen and bathrooms are fairly clean, I’m good!
However, I’ve recently discovered the allergens affecting my boys’ breathing (another step in this continually allergy journey). Much to my chagrin, many of their allergens (trees, mold) exist everywhere and on everything! So, instead of keeping them chained up in the house, never touching anything nor going anywhere near grass or trees, I’ve determined to find natural remedies.
I’m one of those persons who believes God has provided on his Earth all we need for our bodies to exist where He’s positioned us. We just have to find it…but, it’s there. And, because I’m analytical and love a good problem to solve, I’m up for the challenge (interesting how God gives children the parents that are right for them).
So, here goes. Join me on this journey. Hopefully it will be a help to you or help you help someone else.
But, today…today I clean–that deep cleaning and throwing away like I did many years ago (because mold lives on paper and in paint).
I began with wiping down the boys’ beds, blinds, mattress, and walls.
Crossing my fingers no one coughs tonight…
