Southern Buttermilk Biscuits
I love the aftermath of Thanksgiving! It’s my opportunity to be my most creative with leftovers. Ha! And, EVERYTHING is fair game!!
Although these aren’t creative, I decided to make some yummy buttermilk biscuits from the buttermilk my sister left here from her buttermilk chess pies (I mean how often do I have buttermilk in the house? Like NEVER…well, until now because these will be a staple!)
I just wanted a quick simple recipe to quickly make some breakfast biscuits. I found this recipe. SO YUMMY AND LIGHT!
Don’t be fooled by how wet they feel, and DON’T handle the dough too much like the recipe states!
I love how imperfect they look! It adds to their character! :).
